Bulma templates

• Why: the internet's most-recommended pile of flexbox starter pages, and by all accounts fine ones — a decade of free templates from Bulma 0.1.1 to 1.0.x. But a template gallery for someone else's CSS framework is precisely the genre of thing this site exists to not use: boris compiles the graph, the lab theme is hand-rolled, and no div class="column is-three-quarters" shall enter this house.

Disclosure, entered into the record: boris's own columns theme names its custom properties --bulma-primary, --bulma-ink, and thirty-five siblings — an homage its README defends with the words "Not Bulma." The court accepts that the house remains div-free and rules the variable names a misdemeanorable accent. The toss stands; the halo does not.
